Horrible Customer Service! – I went into this office for a New Patient appointment. My appointment was at 10:30, and they asked me to be there at 10:00 to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 9:55, filled out paperwork, finished everything around 10:20. By 10:55 I went up to the front desk to see if anyone was going to be by to come and take me back in the next 10 minutes, the receptionist said, no, you probably wont be out of here within an hour.
