The practice is always busy, but we have never had a problem getting same day sick appointments. The doctors are amazing and we have been going here since my daughter turned 2, 9 years now. My favorite dr (who was my pediatrician as a child) retired, but he has left behind a very capable staff and practice!! My kids never have feared going to the doctor, nor shots. They always feel accepted and are treated with a high level of respect by whoever sees them. I would recommend Comprehensive Pediatrics to anyone with children.
Great doctors. Yes, it is a busy practice, but I've never had a tough time getting my children in when they need to be seen. Of course, well-child checks and physicals for athletics require a little planning, but that's to be expected. I love this practice.
My daughter had been sick for 3 days with a very sore throat. When I called to take her in, they told me I had a $10 collection that needed to be paid before I made the appointment. Obviously money is far more important to them than a child's health!!!!
PICK ANOTHER PRACTICE! Horrible customer service. 6 month wait time for appt. No holiday coverage. Flu Clinic overbooked. Rude receptionist. 30min - 1hr in office wait time. Doctors are wonderful but overbooked. Had to take family elsewhere. Plenty of other choices out there
