Hours are not kid-friendly. She was closed on many school holidays & there was always a very long wait after school. When my son needed a filling, I was told to “have him take a long lunch,” as if 5th graders have flex time (and he had a late lunch period, so he would have missed the whole afternoon). We switched the kids to the general dentist we use & it has been so much easier to get appointments.
