Someone has to do something about this. The hospital is apparently sending your samples to a Private company just to perform routine exams, not expecialized at all without directly asking you about it. I really doubt a prestigious hospital like West Kendall Baptist, would neither need a private lab to perform a CBC test, nor share you info with external sources to scam you with bills, nor allow their clients receive unexpected letters, making us spend time on clarifications and arragments.
