The staff has always taken great care of me. I couldn’t ask for better care. They are extremely supportive and caring.
Dr. Potter was nice and absolutely knows his stuff, BUT he needs to pay attention to what his staff, particularly the one who handles the insurance part of the business is doing, or mostly not doing. We have had two appointments for the injections that had to be cancelled because the insurance company had not authorized the procedure. Called the insurance company the day of the procedure and the request for authorization had been called in the night before at 7 PM. There are people in pain here, and they wait until the night... read more
