I have suffered with chronic migraines since 2007. Ended up in agony all the time. Took 32 milligrams of Dilaudid and still no help. Out of desperation and no medications that help I decided to have experimental migraine surgery. The surgeon ruined every area of my head he touched. More surgeries to fix his damage. They always address my pain care needs and did a good job transitioning me from my old pain care medications to a pump.
They are very incompetent when it comes to clerical work and tell you one thing and do another. They misapplied my payments and when I try to resolve the issue with them they do not do as discussed. Additionally, I requested a billing summary for my appointments to help resolve the issue and they refused. I requested a statement of my account and they provided a difficult to read report which was also not provided by date. The clerical staff require additional training.
