Have been going here for years to maintain pain control after two back surgeries failed to stop my pain. Dr Khan is definitely NOT a favorite of mine as his brusque bedside manner leaves much to be desired, having. the audacity to compare your pain to his stating how he suffered same issues years ago and how wonderful they feel now. Telling you not to be such a crybaby when jamming in an injection into your back or slamming in a secondary dose after a RACZ procedure into a small space following catheter insertion. They are very incompetent when it comes to clerical work and tell you one thing and do another. They misapplied my payments and when I try to resolve the issue with them they do not do as discussed. Additionally, I requested a billing summary for my appointments to help resolve the issue and they refused. I requested a statement of my account and they provided a difficult to read report which was also not provided by date. The clerical staff require additional training. I've been going to this doctors office since a spinal cord injury in 2011. I could barely walk and struggled to use my arms. After all of my spinal surgeries and physical therapy, now I manage my back and neck issues with rhyzotomies. I'm walking again and driving again. I can use my arms and turn my head too. With the help of these doctors I am even back at work. If it wasn't for the doctors and physician assistants I don't know where I'd be right now.
