They are very incompetent when it comes to clerical work and tell you one thing and do another. They misapplied my payments and when I try to resolve the issue with them they do not do as discussed. Additionally, I requested a billing summary for my appointments to help resolve the issue and they refused. I requested a statement of my account and they provided a difficult to read report which was also not provided by date. The clerical staff require additional training. I've been going to this doctors office since a spinal cord injury in 2011. I could barely walk and struggled to use my arms. After all of my spinal surgeries and physical therapy, now I manage my back and neck issues with rhyzotomies. I'm walking again and driving again. I can use my arms and turn my head too. With the help of these doctors I am even back at work. If it wasn't for the doctors and physician assistants I don't know where I'd be right now. Horrible experience. I was told my pain was in my head and Armory wanted to taper be down from a very minimum dose of pain meds. Instead of believing me and prescribing an x-ray of my shoulders and hip, she discharged me (I was in a very anxious, painful state) when she decided to tapering me off. Unbelievable mental and physical stress endured by Amory. She loves to push injections. Why? Money! Went to another ortho doctor who did x-rays of both shoulders and hip.
