Very poor experience at this clinic. No communication from the office when they changed my appointment to one in Greenacres. I called the office in Greenacres and was treated terribly by a young receptionist who was rude and didn't even say why the appointment was changed. No one from either office told me about this change until it popped up on my phone a few days before the date. I had to call the Port St Lucie office to find out why it was changed only to be told the new appointment was for a requested PRP procedure. This... read more

Melissa and the whole office are very compassionate. They really care about their patients. Great bedside manners and usually not too much of a wait time. Dr. Gatz & Dr Lentz really do care about their patients. The girls at the front desk in Port St Lucie deserve a 10 out of 10 also. They will help you as much as possible, & are super kind and friendly. It's truly hard to find a combo like this anymore and I'm grateful to be have been a patient for the past 4-5 yrs! I absolutely love my Dr and the entire staff at the psl location. From the very first appointment, they treated me so lovely and have never judged me or made me feel uncomfortable. They get 1000/1000 from me each and every time.
