If I gotta put in more work than the scheduling/phoneline then something ain't right. I'm not a Negative Nancy, but geeze if it doesn't get to me that they don't even have a voicemail? That I have to call to let them know "Hey, remember how you said you'd call back with info/scheduling?" Hello?????? Red flag.
This place is excellent. My doctor was professional and so polite. They are great with the patients. I transferred from Lafayette location and they made me feel welcome. I'm so thankful that I found this company.
I have been calling over and over trying to get my medical records. This is one issue after another. Treatment and medical records. What is this guy hiding. Dr Trowbridge and staff has been a very hard to track down. I am not sure if traveling 100’s of miles will be worth it. How else are we to speak to a real person. Voicemail only gives you three options and not one is for medical records. Maybe I should send a certified letter and make them accountable for not replying and or hiding.
