I've developed a severe scoliosis and arthritis in my lower back and have seen a physician specializing in pain management for several years. The Providence Hospital branch needs a lot of work. Although appointment scheduling was excellent, call backs were significantly late. Sometime I had to call more than 5 times. The lack of communication between NP's and patient was less than acceptable. Other branches may be better but this was based on personal experience.
