Took multiple calls to get someone to return my calls for an appointment after my surgery. Finally got an appointment which was a month out. Arrived in extreme pain to be turned away because they no longer took my insurance. No one called telling me they stopped taking it. Took my $40 co pay, then 15 minutes later stated they did not take my insurance. That was June 30, 2026. Today is July 16, 2026 and I still have not received a refund. A caring individual, felt relaxed, and he provided all the information I could think of needing. I didn't really have to ask questions. It was as if he was putting himself in my place, and thinking of everything he would expect an answer to.
Dr Matthew Barfield listens. He doesn't just order tests or procedures arbitrarily. His diagnosis and treatments are based on both medical science and patient input.
