Staff is very kind and the Dr is very good at explaining every detail to you. Thank You For your great service.
Absolutely amazing I’ve seen Dr Tucker and Balissa Bridges for years and they are incredible . Very very seldom is there a wait time. Usually you are in and out in no time. They do drug screening every visit so don’t waste your time going if that’s the case. These are professional nurses and doctors that help people eliminate their pain . They can also do procedures to help patients live a productive life.
Dr. Hapworth is kind, he really cares about you, he listens to me as a person and tries to help me. He has helped me in so many ways. I would recommend him to my Family and Friends! The Staff is kind and caring too! Got bless you Dr. Hapworth for all the Nerve Oblation and pain relief!
Took multiple calls to get someone to return my calls for an appointment after my surgery. Finally got an appointment which was a month out. Arrived in extreme pain to be turned away because they no longer took my insurance. No one called telling me they stopped taking it. Took my $40 co pay, then 15 minutes later stated they did not take my insurance. That was June 30, 2026. Today is July 16, 2026 and I still have not received a refund.
