I was initially very pleased with my care from this provider, however quickly learned his office is impossible to reach/get a return call from. In November I was prescribed rescue medications for migraines, and in March my pharmacy still had not received the prescriptions from my doctor, despite the doc telling me multiple times they would be called in. Then, just a few moments after posting my review, I was confronted about my negative reviewed and fired as a patient. Truly amazing how quickly I got a call after that!

We have been coming to see Dr. Yacoub for several years. He is a very kind and patient doctor. Getting an appointment that works in my schedule is very quick and easy. It is nice to get an appointment the same week. I don’t have that experience with any other physician. My son is autistic and Dr. Yacoub has always been very patient with him. Our son suffered from a normal seizure activity and after being released from A.I. DuPont we began seeing Dr. Y. He is very attentive and professional.
