In summary my experience with this office has been frustrating. Dr. Tolia himself is fine. I don't have anything concrete to not recommend him as a doctor. My frustration come from the office staff. Both times Dr. Tolia wrote scripts for imaging, the office never sent them for approval. I confirmed this when calling both my insurance and imaging center to see if they received them. Very caring and kind neurologist. Had a great experience with all staff as well. They are very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. He takes the time to listen and cares about his patients.
Dr. Tolia is exceptionally great with patient care. He takes his time to listen to patients and he is very knowledgeable in patient management. I'll continue to use his services.
I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. This place is truly a whole joke. This business truly makes me question the legality of the entire business. The first red flag is the front desk representative wants to run your insurance prior to the appointment. During my first appointment, I felt like my issues were heard but I had to write them down and slowly tell the doctor as in I’m helping an older family member with technology. I love this place! Dr Tolia is absolutely wonderful, he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients, and actually listens. I trust him with my life, and am confident in my health ever since I started coming here in 2018. The staff is great too, always so friendly and helpful
