It's frightening that a mental health office has such poor communication. Impossible to get in touch with anyone or get a call back. Sad to see by the reviews that I'm not the only one.
Will bill you over and over again for missed appointments but can’t answer the phone to save their lives. I can’t stress enough how terrible the phone service is. The amount of times I’ve called and left a voicemail and never received a call back is too many to count. Don’t go here if you want a provider who you can communicate with.
Terrible company. Almost impossible to get a hold of. Will cancel your appointment without notice and a rude answer service. Avoid if possible.
I just got a statement this morning for $95 from two visits in April 2021. My credit card was on file and they were supposed to charge it after every visit. For some reason they didn't and now I am just hearing about it two years later. This is ridiculous. Avoid this company.
Run, do not walk, far away from anyone under CMPS. I was referred by my therapist in April. It took a few phone calls and two new patient form attempts, for anyone to call me back. I FINALLY got a call in May 25th, but I missed the call and called back 16 minutes later. No answer. Left a voicemail that day and to this day have not heard anything back.
