I've left multiple messages the last two years, without a call returned. It's like their office is deserted??!!

Edit: after my therapist retired I've had 2 more in system. Neither could access notes by Dr. Simpson. Even though I stayed in system so they could. 1. Therapist (1st one given after he retired) spent almost every single session telling at me and the last one over 30 minutes screaming at me. She answers phones, doors, played around with her doggie, and constantly checked the clock. Wouldn't allow cussing or me to be myself. I had to act the way she required I act. After reading the reviews I figured I would give them a chance regardless. So I called and I got the automated answering service where I was instructed to dial A number to become a new patient. I was put on hold while waiting for a representative. The automated answering service then advised me if I didnt want to hold I can visit their website and fill out all kinds of information and someone will get back to me.
