I like how through my sessions at CMPS, through constant encouragement, has taught me how to answer more and more questions for myself. Their greatest gift to me has been to teach me how to access and trust my own resources.
I was afraid of being judged by opening up but I didn't feel that way at all once I went in for my first therapy appointment. My counselor made me think about the positives when I would speak about negative situations and things. She makes me have hope for the future and I would recommend Comprehensive Medpsych Systems to anyone needing a therapist.
Working with my therapist offered me a chance to safely and honestly explore issues which I had been ignoring for years. In just a few sessions, I could see progress and hope.
This past year has been very difficult, and it is reassuring to know that I can call and schedule time with my counselor when I need a safe place to talk. She listens, remembers, and I always leave feeling better. Thank you so much.
