I was directed by the Dept. of Aging to contact this office to have an assessor come out to evaluate my brother and mom for in-home care, that would be provided by me, as I was already registered with Help at Home. After an over-the-phone interview that lasted an hour+ and the assurance that an in-home assessor would be dispatched to my home in 12-14 days following that call but no one was ever sent. I dream of future where all home health companies provide this level of outstanding care and customer service. Comprehensive Home Health Care, CHHC, just is so much above the rest of the companies in the Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. They are honest, timely and an ease to deal with.

We have recently used Comprehensive Home Care services to help us with care of our elderly parents. I feel compelled to write this review because it was a huge relief to have someone you could trust with providing quality medical care at home. Nurses and therapists were skilled, compassionate and always very professional. Our parents just loved them. The staff was responsive and caring about our needs. Thank you Comprehensive for all your wonderful work! I highly recommend this agency for your medical needs at home.
