The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctors were thorough and thoughtful.
This was an excellent experience! The staff was attentive, informative and friendly. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions (and I had many!). Also the facility was clean and very nice. These people knew what they were doing! My wife and I both had a great experience.
I have been a patient at this practice since 2022. It was great for the first 18 months. Now they don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, they don't respond to messages on their portal or emails. You might as well not have a GI for the way they ignore you in this practice.
From the front desk staff to the nurse, anesthesiologist and of course, Dr. Nathanson, a really excellent experience/ everyone who has to see a gastroenterologist should use this practice/ they know how to make you feel at ease and everything was extremely professional
