Dr Nathanson is an excellent physician-Genuinely engaged, thorough. Appreciates and utilizes a holistic approach ensuring a comprehensive examination and broad range of treatments. Highly recommend.
I have not had a good experience with this clinic. My provider Tara Jain has been helpful and it was very easy to get a quick same day virtual appointment. However after that, it has been a very slow process. The nurses have been very unresponsive in my patient portal and often do not reply to my concerns or messages, and then will start a new message chain to me about something else, but completely ignore my prior concerns. I’ve had an excellent experience with Comprehensive Gastrointestinal Health. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the dietitian and clinicians—is kind, attentive, and genuinely listens. I never feel rushed during appointments, and all of my questions are answered thoughtfully. The office is bright and welcoming, and communication has always been excellent. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, patient-centered GI care.
