I’ve had great experiences with the therapist here, but the billing system seriously needs to be updated. It makes no sense that I’m currently being billed for sessions that I’ve had over a year ago. I’ve cleared all balances. My last session was earlier in Feb of this year, and I don’t even use this practice anymore. Why am I being billed from Jan & Feb 2023??????? Please pick another billing system, because you’re going to lose clients.

I met NaTanya during one of the lowest points in my life. Throughout my lifetime, I have worked with a few therapists. I went to NaTanya for group counseling with my ex husband and she was the worst therapist I've ever had. She didn't listen to anything I had to say, didn't hold him accountable for anything he did/said, and actually encouraged/validated his narcistic and gaslighting behavior. Instead of being a moderator between my ex and I, the 3 of us would sit there staring at each other for extended periods of time. I feel like my time and money was wasted. I'd strongly recommend picking a different therapist from this company.
