If could give zero stars I would. The optometrist I saw at the Pooler Costco told me the brand of contacts I had been successfully using for years had been discontinued and she prescribed a different line of contacts. After a period of a few months of wearing the new line with continuous eye irritation, I called the eye clinic and asked to be switched to a different brand. Poor experience with the Costco Pooler Optical store. Ordered a pair of prescription glasses mostly for reading (without the lens) which was called "transitional" (not auto-darkening). I complained to the person there that these glasses were like looking through a periscope - very limited ability to use these glasses even for reading, which was their purpose. Waste of money and no offer to fix the problem from the optical store.
