Outsources to incompetent billers who could not figure out how to correctly bill insurance. Panzer was incredibly unprofessional while I tried to explain several times the error. I tried to call said biller who answered while on vacation and never sent requested paperwork.
Ive been seeing Dr Panzer for over 15 years and never had a problem. She helped get my diabetes and Thyroid under control. Very high praise for this Dr.
I have tried to get an appointment through a referral from my primary care doctor to see Dr Panzer. However they do not accept Medicare at all despite what their website states. Their website states that they only accept Medicare (not an advantage plan) as of 1/1/26. They do not. Please update your website and remove your practice from Medicare.gov website that also shows you accept Medicare.
Dr. Panzer took the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand the full picture. We're grateful we found her!
