The good and the bad. Starting with the bad because it's why they get 2 stars. I called the practice today and explained I was an existing patient, and that I had a mole that spontaneously started bleeding. They couldn't get me in before I move, which totally understand, short timeline of 10 business days. I asked if the receptionist if she could ask if it was normal for moles to start to bleed randomly. She did and a nurse said no, it was not normal for a mole to start bleeding spontaneously. I actually really liked the front office staff a lot! It’s not an easy job and I felt like they were both kind and helpful. I wish I could’ve given 5 stars but I felt EXTREMELY RUSHED during my consultation last week. Doctor is metaphorically half way out the door speaking so fast I can barely say anything in our **5 minutes** together. Bummer. I know how tough the medical field is and the doctor to patient ratio is awful, but I just wanted a chance to be heard properly.
Look beyond all the fake 5 star ratings this place has, scroll down and you will be shocked to see over 20+ one tar reviews. This place is horrible, please don’t believe the “ 5” star Tati g. So not true
On August 26, 2024 I made a $300 deposit for a laser procedure Dec 6. On November 26, they called to cancel the procedure saying they did not have access to the machine like they had planned. They told me they would call later to reschedule and it would be about three months out. I said that would not work for me and please return my deposit.
