Got squeezed in for my son. Hit his front tooth and it broke. His pediatric dentist wouldnt see him until 2 weeks later. Got in they fixed the tooth. Didn’t realize they see kids but now I’ll be bringing both my boys.
We have been patients of Dr. Lee for over 20 years and our family has referred many friends and relatives to this practice. We will no longer be returning due to the ongoing unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the receptionist, Michelle. We tolerated her rudeness for years because Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist, but the pattern has become impossible to overlook. Here are a few examples. Terrible experience! . . Michele the receptionist screamed on the phone at me and called me a name I won’t repeat. She made harassing phone calls to me, sometimes six in a few hours and everyday. She went so far as to block her number but would than leave voicemails .Also calling from two other numbers which were the same office. Threatened if I did not come in with the balance of the money I could not have my dental work completed! Two days before my sons wedding! She was abusive and mean ! Dr Oshea saved my teeth. The girl at the front desk , Michele is awesome. So nice to go their all new facilities. I drive 30 mins to get there.
Always a great experience for myself and my kids when we go! Michele is always pleasant and accommodating! We love Michele and Dr Lee! I’d never go anywhere else! As always, thank you!
