Have had some good experiences here, but today's was awful. Do not expect any modicum of privacy at this dentist. The hygienist was very aggressive today, and had no problem talking about my business at the reception desk with other people sitting in the waiting room. The way she kept speaking down to me was so degrading and uncomfortable that I don't care to return.
Dentists need some education on how to perform deep fillings. I had 4 fillings from them and they do fine on tiny fillings. But they botched the 2 bigger ones and i've been in more pain than ever before.
Dr. Scholz and his assistant, Janette, were wonderful. Both were very gentle and put me at ease during a root canal and two extractions, one of which was complicated. I have never experienced such a calm and painless dental procedure. Thank you!
I called to cancel my appt last minute due to being ill. They then proceeded to cancel my daughter's appt for the next day and tried to charge me $100 for 2 late cancelation fees. I left..... pretty much called me a liar when I said they messed up.
