First, Dr. Kostrov responded to my text re tooth pain even before I was a patient. He then saw me the next day, addressed the pain and diagnosed other pressing issues (even though his practice is extremely busy). Today was my first big appointment with him (a complicated crown). While not fun, it was as seamless as could be. The doctor and his team were amazing. I left feeling really good and less wary of the additional dental work I will need in the near future. Dr. Casey exudes kindness and positivity, he makes it hard to hate the dentist. I bet he lights up rooms that aren't a dental office.

Jasmine answered, made my appointment and made my insurance check and was simply lovely. When I arrived Priscilla assisted me and was just as friendly and helpful. Dr. Casey was so thorough and detailed in his exam and going over the health of my teeth. Taylor did a great job on the cleaning. Abby and Shawna were also super helpful. The whole office is so pleasant and you can tell they really enjoy their work, each other, and go out of their way to make it an inviting place. Excellent service from beginning to end! Dr. Matthew Casey has to be one of the best in the area. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. I highly recommend him and his team!
