Most admin are 100% bilingual, which you don't always find at mental health clinics. It really is a wonderful place to get the help you need.

It took 4–5 days just to get a response. My previous prescriber left her position abruptly, and CCS had no one available to help refill my controlled medication for a chronic pain condition. I ended up in the hospital due to withdrawal symptoms. Thankfully, I was able to find a new network with faster response times and prescribers who genuinely care about their patients.
