My son at a doctor’s appointment schedule and I had an emergency where I had to cancel his appointment. This is the first time I had to cancel and they would not waive the cancellation fee. I feel this is absolutely ridiculous and should be waived the first time. I work at a hospital and know how things work in healthcare. The office could be more understanding. I am now taking my kids out of the practice and would never recommend it to anyone.
This pediatrician's office is a hidden gem! Office is always clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is always professional, attentive, and patient with my child.
the staff is so patient and kind but easy going! Love this whole office. It is very clean and organized as well.
