Completely rude & unprofessional staff. My children have been patients for 7 years and we have never been treated so disgustingly. If you don’t have a phone or don’t consent to text messages, you can’t be seen as a patient there. They refused to provide us a way to fill out their paperwork. Inside the office, your phones won’t work. They’ll tell you to go home & fill it out or do it before you come. Disappointed in Comprehensive Childcare Associates. We moved away from Florida in 2023 and returned in 2025. I called today to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get re-established as a patient and was placed on hold while the receptionist “checked something”. When she returned, she explained there was a “flag” on my account stating that we had been dismissed from the practice, but had to check with management because she could not see any reason why since it was entered into their old system with no notes attached. ... read more
Over the course of many years we had to reschedule/miss our appointment with them same day 3 total times… life happens with kids, traffic happens… so they canceled us as patients. They have kept us waiting for long periods of time. I would not recommend this place. For being a family/child dr. Office they are cold and don’t seem to care. Your time is worth nothing to them while theirs is priceless…
