Im coming here open and honestly to admit that although it was our fault for being 18 mins late due to traffic I called during the 15 min grace period to let them know I was litetally right around the corner. I have 3 kids I had to take with me but the appointment was for two of them. Due to the fact we were late I was told only one child was going to be seen eventhough I begged for consideration and insurance is running out. We switched to the northport location of comprehensive childcare after being with her other pediatrician for 14 years. From the moment we walked into the moment, we are checked out we are treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. Reading other reviews and them stating how awful the front desk is I don't know if they're talking about Northport or the Sarasota location, but I have never encountered anything but friendly, funny and compassionate front desk and administrative at the Northport location. It used be better. Now mostly being run by Nurse Practitioners, and they charge the same amount of doctor per visit. And not much of answer or help or med during the visit.
I love this pediatrician. I’ve been with them since my second was born in 2020. Their office is always so clean and bright. The staff is absolutely fantastic. If I have a sick kiddo I have never had an issue getting in same day. And they have a Saturday clinic in Sarasota if need be (haven’t needed that yet knock on wood) best dr around!
All pediatrician doctors we met in the office are great and helpful! Front desk staff (specially admin) rude and unprofessional!!!
