How disappointing this place has been. I have been a patient with CCC since 2024. Up until now, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with my physicians—my radiation oncologist and medical oncologist. The clinical professionals who provide care have been outstanding. Hey Jennifer P and anybody looking for Cancer Treatment! This is the place. I don't write reviews until I'm done-done. But your people... all of them really made my initial treatment happen in the past few weeks, since my initial consult. The ladies at the front counter rang the bell for me Friday. Dr. Rupesh Parikh took care of my mom during her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, and I am so grateful for him. He is incredibly professional, calm, patient, and kind. During such a scary time for our family, he always made sure we understood everything and never made us feel rushed, even though the cancer center is very busy. Its one thing to call and make an appointment only to have the person answering the phone take your information then tell you someone will call you back. We use to be able to make an appointment when we call. So are we expected to wait near the phone, sorry we have more important things to do then sit and wait. This is the most idiotic way of making an appointment. I guess this company is going to the DOGS as well!!
