I was very impressed with the services given here starting with the simple first phone call to schedule an appt., the gentle, thorough and EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE exam. the staff was extremely kind along with a very pleasant atmosphere and the help from the treatment coordinator to help me come up with a proposed plan and figure out my insurance coverage along with other options was so helpful and made this whole experience worth the trip. I continue to go to Bell & Covert because of my dental hygienist, Beth. They have been my dentist for the past 18 years and I started with Dr. Bell and now Dr. Ambrose takes care of my smile ~ just as soon as Beth is done with it! Actually, the dentists are awesome too. The rest of the staff is always so happy and go above and beyond to ensure your visit is pleasant.
Excellent service from the receptionist, xray tech, hygienist and dentist! All took their time and explained everything they were doing. The office is really nice and clean!
As someone who has had bad experiences with dentists as a child, going to the dentist is always hard but this practice has gone above and beyond to help make me feel comfortable. Their customer service is top knotch! I’ve had several visits at this office and the level of friendliness has been nothing but perfect. That goes for all staff: receptionists, hygienists, assistants, and the dentist. This place is a gem and I’d recommend it to everyone.
I recently transferred from another office to this one. I’m very impressed with the advanced technology and professionalism shown. My hygienist was excellent and took the time to explain everything. The dentist never made me feel rushed. I’m so happy I made the switch

Beth is a wonderful person very professional she is always happy I just love her. I like it when Dr. Covert is there and he go over my teeth and tell me if there’s anything I need to do better or all is ok.
So impressed with everything! Was able to get in same day with sort of an emergency situation (and I was not a previous patient). Staff were all great - very helpful and nice! Dentist did an excellent job! I am very happy with the finished result. I was self pay and the price was definitely reasonable. Very happy and will continue with them.
