I’m new to the area and chose this office based off of the high end reviews and I’m glad I did! The efficiency, professionalism, teamwork and patient education that was rendered throughout the entire staff during my first visit and the visits thereafter were nothing less than satisfactory. We as patients only know if the office is a good fit for us based off of how we are treated and I am very happy with my experience. Would HIGHLY recommend!
I have been at Dr Coverts practice for several years and will keep coming back. Ruth does a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining which x-rays are completed and why. Dr Ambrose did my exam and I was on my way. Office atmosphere is calming.
Dr. Saunders and his staff always go above and beyond the definition of great service. Whether it is a routine visit or an emergency situation they always treat me with the respect and make me feel relaxed. They always do an excellent job! Everyone is so nice and understanding. I would not have it any other way.
The customer service at Bell and Covert is always top notch! No matter your dental needs, whether immediate or just checkups, you are treated with the utmost care and guided through any experience that might be unfamiliar or unsettling. Very professional!
