Great job by all I had contact with. From making the appointment to scheduling the next visit it was a great experience. All staff members took time to ensure I was taken care of and all my questions/concerns answered. I could not be more pleased with the whole experince.
As always, Dr. Bell and his staff take special care to accommodate my special needs. My appointments are always coordinated to accommodate my mother and myself at the same time.
I have always been afraid of the dentist, until now. I think Dr. Covert is the best dentist around. He does wonderful work, is very friendly, makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything so anyone could understand. The staff that helps in the office is all very friendly and very nice. I take both my children there also. They are wonderful with kids. I love how they explain to children what they are going to do. Each time I go to Dr.'s Bell and Covert dental practice, I feel confident in the professional service I am to receive, as well as comfortable in the environment that Dr. Bell, Dr. Covert and Staff have created for their clients.
Very efficient and warm staff.
Having to go to the dentist was always a dreaded visit but since my time being a patient of Dr. Bell's I look forward to my visits and feel comfortable being seen by him and his staff.
The staff is always friendly and smiling. Has off to Ruth and Dr. Bell for making my experience pleasant!
