Let me thnk about this. Had six teeth pulled and you want toknow how my expperience was. As usual the care and attention received from Dr. Bell and the staff was wonderful. If I had said or done anything that may have offended anyone I will blame it on the valium and vicodin along with a sleeping pill from the night and morning before my procedure. Keep up the great work.

I always have a great experience at Dr. Bell and Dr. Covert's office. Ruth is awesome as are the ladies at the front desk. Thank you guys for offering quality services and for the friendly atmosphere in the office. It makes a big difference!

During this visit was another good one. As always, the staff was very warm and sweet. They even remembered my name (which isn't normal). I was pleased and surprised to know that Dr. Bell had read my last review and discussed the very small issue I mentioned. It showed me that he truly does care about what his patients have to say. Thanks again guys

As a health care professional myself, it is delightful to find another doctor who loves what he does as much as I do. Dr. Bell is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever encountered. In terms of empathy, skill, communication abilities and personality, Dr. Bell is unsurpassed. Jacksonville is very fortunate to have this excellent provider of dental care. I have always had bad experiences with dental office visits. Dr. Bell is the first dentist that I do not dread to visit.

I expected the visit to be a little uncomfortable , Dr Bell and his staff did everything to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process . I have to return soon to finish the procedure but i'm not concern I know I'm in great hands .

I have been a patient of Dr. Bell and Dr. Covert for a few years now, simply for cleanings and sealants. I have ALWAYS appreciated their genuine, positive, and hospitable, energy. There is always a smile on the faces of the staff and the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. My only negative for this one visit was that my hygienist was of few words while she was cleaning my teeth. Everyone is always very pleasant and professional. Doctors talk to you as they do their examination explaining things to you and what they are doing. Time is spent with you and not rushed through and care is taken while dental work is being performed. So grateful for our neighbor recommending you all. Keep doing good works! Thank you.

Like most people I do not like the dentist. I have gone to a few in this town and was on the search for one that made me feel comfortable. I found that at Dr. Bell and Covert. Extremely friendly staff and Doctors. They put me at ease completely.
