I was a patient from 2007-2010, moved away for a couple of years, and just moved back and had my first return cleaning and exam. Everyone is very friendly, polite, and courteous, and they welcomed me back/thanked me for returning. They are good people; it is refreshing. I have already recommended this office to others in my neighborhood.
Dr.'s Bell and Covert have an excellent staff. I was taken care of by Kristie (sorry if I misspelled your name!!) and Beth who were both polite and professional. I am very sensitive when it comes to my teeth and have had oral sedation in the past, here it wasn't even a concern. I will be recommending this practice to anyone who will listen!!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Bell's for over 15 years ... they are the best in Jacksonville. They listen and care about their patients like they are family.
