Everyone is so kind and professional. Enjoy talking with everyone. Staff and doctors take their time with you and explain things to you and answer your questions. Great place!
OUr insurance doesn't cover as much of the expense as they would with another office. The difference in out of pocket expense for us is pretty significant but we won't consider changing. What we are paying for is the quality of service. Both my kids and I had bad experiences in VA and feared going to the dentist, Doctors Covert and Bell we kind, humorous, and showed incredible sensitivity to our fears and our treatment plans. Had a great visit, Everyone is so friendly, courteous and professional.
I had not been to dental in quite a while. The staff did an excellent job setting up the appointment and processing insurance I have never used before. Prep in the waiting room was to the point and thorough. The tooth extraction went well. Everything went with little discomfort and rapid healing. Going to medical or dental in the military was always an ordeal, with waiting lines, waiting, pain waiting etc. so I just quit going unless I broke something. This experience was completely different, very professional, thanks.
Thank you for seeing me on such short notice. It certainly shortened my period of suffering. All in all It was an experience I could have done without but with your immediate handling of my problem infection I was able to start getting back to normal almost immediately. Many, many thanks to both you Dr. Civert and your very capable staff.
