There was no wait time upon my arrival, saw the dentist right away, had my teeth cleaned and updated chart on the computer and was out in less than an hour. Now that is what I call efficient

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with warmth right away, which was comforting as I am very hesitant about going to the dentist from past experience. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes and was immediatly taken to the back by a very sweet assistant, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before doing it. Very friendly and patient staff. I have always had a phobia of going to the dentist, even though I have never had a bad experience. They take their time and tell you exactly what they are doing so there are no surprises or shocks. Love this practice
Dr. Saunders and technician Cindy diligently replaced an “old” style bridge with a Cerec bridge. The replacement is exceptional, not only with aesthetic looks, but also with performance. After +30 years, I can eat whole apples again! KUDOS!!!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Bell, Dr. Covert and associates for over 20 years. Their staff is professional, the technology utilized is state of the art and all the Denist are great! I would highly recommend them and their staff for all family members. They are just simply the best!
Excellent customer service and very professional staff. They made the environment feel like they were a family and they made me feel like that family.
