Ms Ruth is the best! She's thorough with my cleaning and knowledgeable with my dental concerns. She relays my concerns to the dentist and as always the great dentists explains in details that I can understand to address my concerns. The rest of the staff are also awesome. They are all professional and friendly. Oh and I have to add the place itself is aesthically pleasing and very clean!!!!!!!!
Ruth did another great job and Dr. Ambrose found I needed a filling replaced so everything went well.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Covert and I was impressed with the ambiance of the office, the friendliness of the staff and the fact that Ruth explained everything about my dental care with a very easy professionalism and was thorough in her explanation. Awesome and friendly service! Zero wait time up front and seen on time! Effective and efficient flow of the visit which lead to miniumim wait time "in the chair". Dr Saunders and his tech were really knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain in detail every aspect of the process. Overall this is a super office.
A very enjoyable experience. A cut above the rest. All employees had excellent public relations. So my advice is keep doing what you're doing.
Dr. Covert, Ms. Ruth and the entire front desk staff are so very professional and friendly. Made my visit a pleasure.
