Foie gras on the menu is just plain cruel! I won't be dining there again, as long as it is served at The Compound.
I takes a special kind of torture to make foie gras and a special kind of devil to support that industry.
We had a group of 17 dine in at the restaurant last evening. Both the food and the service were of a high quality. All were very pleased with their dishes. I would highly recommend others to dine at The Compound. See you during my next visit to Sante Fe.
Wowie night at the bar! The bestest bar in town. Thank you Mike and Walter for chaperoning our follies and foolery.
The service starting with the bartender Mike was excellent... My wife had the Braised lamb and I had the duck with were both prepared expertly... Has to be one of the best meals I ever had...
