They closed the Spokane Valley office and gave me no notice. When I called to get a quarterly med check appointment at that point I got informed that I would have to travel an Hour and a half to get there. I don't drive and I have no way Of getting there. How unprofessional

While I have encountered some excellent staff members, the overall lack of professional consistency has led me to seek care elsewhere. Specifically, I was disappointed by the lack of discretion regarding patient privacy. Hearing a physician joke loudly about patient concerns in the hallway creates an atmosphere that feels more like a social club than a medical facility.
