When I called for appt. receptionist was in training but was doing a great job. Triage nurse called me promptly to expedite my appt, took time to listen and answer my questions. She reassured me and helped ease my anxiety. This shows that she cares. NP was apologetic with the wait. She listen, examine, explain the process of ordering the ultrasound n possibly referring me to breast specialist based on results. She was polite prifessional.
Like your new hooks in the rooms and restrooms. Staff friendly and knowledgable!

Was professional, informative and explained things very well.
All wonderful. Check out took about 10 minutes. both stations busy with same people one took 10 min other longer. Not sure of issue. Seemed like making several appointments.
