Lack of information and explanation to patient. Unnecessary trips made to hospital due to nursing staff defaulting instead of consulting with actual doctor.
I came in very nervous and walked out with a smile. Dr made me feel very comfortable and explained my records in detail that made it easy to understand.
Laurel was amazing!! She was very helpful and professional! I would recommend her to my friends and family.
I had a great experience like always. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and it definitely does not feel like your in a doctors office which I appreciate!
