NO ISSUES WITH TODAYS VISIT. WHEN I CALLED TO BOOK APPT I WAS ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MIN CONSECUTIVELY THREE DIFFERENT TIMES WITH APPT DESK ATTEMPTING TO GET AN APPT BOOKED. I ALSO FILLED OUT FORM ONLINE TO REQUEST AN APPT AND NEVER HEARD BACK.
Everything was great as usual. I still think that there is way too much paperwork for each appointment and that it could be consolidated so that i do not have to print, sign, and date so many times, but other than that, I love seeing Laurel and the staff is friendly, etc...
Doctor and assistant was great! However receptionist could use more people skills

Always a wonderful experience coming here. Everyone is so nice while still being thorough and professional. Loved Susan my nurse! And Candice did a Fantastic job drawing my blood...always a good thing as that makes me nervous ,).
Everyone allowed for such a calm environment and since it was my first time, that was definetly what i needed!! Ms. Susan was very friendly and welcoming so i am so so greatful for Dr. Zhou and Ms. Susan!!
I loved the nurse and doctor, they are super sweet as always!
The entire staff was super sweet, especially Dr Zhou. The ambiance was relaxing, love the decor! Stealing some ideas!
