Dr. Zhou and her nurse Susan was wonderful. The treated me with care and was very caring.
Front staff has an attitude problem..nurse was great...overall i was informed that they are short staffed and split my appointments which is very inconvenient. Could not do much for us since that is what the availability has.
I am glad to have found this place. I am looking forward to treating here.
I love Dr. Spence! She always makes me feel comfortable at every visit and I feel like I can be completely open and honest about my health. And the office staff at the Pearland location are always friendly and very helpful! :).
Lindsey took my blood pressure and weight and was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Zhou was professional and well spoken. Susan called me by name when she realized I was done and asked me to sit in a very nice sitting area while she got my prescription ready. I felt very well taken care of.
No long wait time... very friendly and detailed.
So helpful, very comforting, very knowledgeable.
My nurse Susan was super welcoming and made me feel better about being here today. Dr. Zhou is also so kind! I was in and out quite fast too!
Was very thankful to be fit in last minute, especially having the option of seeing an RN. Great staff, quick and patient.
