This office used to be one of the best but as the years of past their customer services skills have gone down the drain. The front office staff is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. They are never welcoming and I haven't seen one of them in my 12 years of going there go the extra mile for a patient. The surgery scheduler is unprofessional, rude, and snappy. I am currently a patient who is approaching my due date in 7 weeks.. Although my appointments have never been "warm and friendly" I still was able to cope. Recently the service has gotten worse and worse.. First of all the hours posted on this site are not reliable considering the "office is currently closed" message is on until 9:30 am.. 3 Times Now!!! I first went to Complete Women’s Care in December 2008. I met with Julie Rekant because I was having a difficult time getting pregnant. Mrs. Rekant was very supportive and helped me get pregnant within a few months. While pregnant, I had the chance to meet with 5 of the doctors at Complete Women’s Care. Worst experience with doctors I have ever had in my life. Their first priority is not you or your baby. It is your ability to pay. Cold callus doctors (most of them), if you want compassion and understanding (especially when there is an issue) you will not get it here. Please find another doctor!
