My experience was extremely positive. The initial inspection of my windows was complete and there were 2 areas that needed attention. An estimate was given, appointment set, and the job completed on time well done. The gentlemen who did the work were easy to work with, very pleasant, and enjoyable to talk with. They were wonderful!
Today was my first (and won't be the last) experience with Complete Window Care. The original, no longer manufactured, casement windows in my home were damaged by a series of tenants. Mike at CWC said the good news was that they do service those windows...and he had me email photos and descriptions of the problems. He gave me a worst-case estimate that, actually, didn't shock me. Had one 20-year old window replaced (it had too many problems) and several others repaired. The team did an excellent job, were fast, courteous, and left everything very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
I've been using Complete Window Care for 8 years now and would never think of even using any other company. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provide the quality of service I want in my window and door care company. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
My wife and I had a tour of the facility today. This place is so organized and attention has been put into every detail of the business. The owners are honest, reliable, and really hard workers! Mike and Amy are folks of integrity and will provide excellent customer service.
