Dr. Cross is extremely caring, not just for the kids but for the parents too. The Spruce system they use makes communication with them so easy to use. I was always so impressed with how quickly Dr. Cross, or her back-up Dr. Logue, would responded to my messages no matter the time or day. I highly recommend Dr. Cross! She is extremely committed to her patients and just a really great person in general.
It is hard to put into words how amazing Dr. Cross is as a pediatrician. She is incredibly thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I always feel so listened to as a parent and my children truly look forward to seeing her. Switching to Complete Wellness is one of the best decisions we made for our family.
Highly recommend Dr Cross and Dr Logue to anyone looking for a practice that goes above and beyond for their patients and families. Dr Cross, whom we followed from her previous practice where we first met, is patient, knowledgeable and is a complete partner in my children’s development and wellbeing. She is always quick to respond to questions via text as well as getting us in to see her when the kids are sick. I trust her judgement and value her opinion, and am so happy with our experience at this practice.
Dr. Cross is amazing! My son and I are so lucky to have her as our pediatrician. I feel very supported and heard at every appointment, whether in person or virtual. It’s priceless to have her care (along with Dr. Logue’s care when she is covering) delivered in a truly holistic way when it comes to my child’s well-being and happiness. HIGHLY recommend, Dr. Cross and Dr. Logue are amazing pediatricians and genuinely listen and care about their patients. I saw them both as my original pediatric primary care providers up until I was forced to find an adult primary care provider. I always knew they were fantastic, but now that I know how awful healthcare is in general, I realize that they are both the kind of doctors that just don’t exist anymore.
