Just wanted to say thank you to Rick when he came to my place in Currumbin Waters. He was very busy but I was impressed how he dug a trench out the back patio to deal with excess water.
Rick, thank you for a fantastic job. In each of the 3 parts (make safe, tree disposal & stump grinding) you did the complete job, leaving the job site clean and tidy. Thank you very much for your efficient service and complete care.
If i could give a negative star reviewi would. He is rude, called my ph 5 times in 5 mins and left a rude voicemail because i didnt answer, he doesnt listen to what the client has to say, removed a tree that was about 50yrs old which only needed to be trimmed back and didnt care for the birds nests and eggs that were in it i came home and they were smashed all over the drive way and garden. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy please do yourself a favour and look else where
Was absolutely disgusted with this company txt my partner on Sunday to say they'd be there at 7am Monday morning didn't end up showing until 8.00am then we were told rick had taken the power line and telephone line out completely ripped from house stated that a tree had fallen over after cutting a small brunch that was connected to it then put all responsibility on the realestate agent to sort all companies needed to repair he's damage.After it was all done and dusted he walked off the job absolutely fine then have found out... read more
