Hired this company to do an appraisal. The home had been appraised not even six months earlier, but because it was over 90 days old the bank requested a new one. The appraiser valued the house at $20,000 less than the previous appraiser even though nothing had changed. He also caused all kinds of problems with our bank and does not return messages.
