Terrible customer service you have to threaten small claims court before any repairs are done. Had an a/c leak for awhile causing the ceiling to cave in. They have yet to fix this after 5days , once it becomes a mold issue we have to go to court. Do not rent from this company. Same goes for progress residential

Very pleasant and quick view-to-lease process. Evernest's execution really gives reason to have trust in Property Management. I give them 5/5 and a special shoutout to Gabriel on their leasing team for his customer service - rockstar!
Dealing with them is a nightmare, they have no idea what's going on with the property. They just repaint the property and rent. They do not inspect anything whatsoever. So be careful when renting from those people.... they do not care once you pay your monthly rent. In their policy states don't pay until you meet someone but they told us the key is on the door. No one came to welcome us to the property. They do not have one clue... The state and condition we met this house in is crazy.... I'll give an update because I expect... read more
