Complete Property Management trimmed my 4 large Magnolia trees yesterday and did an outstanding job. Their crew of 6 where professional, polite, and extremely neat. The tree where well-trimmed and shaped to our satisfaction. All branches, trimmings and leaves where remove, including those that fell into the hedges below to the extent that you couldn’t say any trimming was done looking at our landscape. Have had CPM for a long time as they take care of all landscaping maintenance in my community, The Bridges. They do a very good job. I also use them for extra landscaping and maintenance needs and they just trimmed a very tall Sylvester Date Palm that was filled with pods and were starting to fall in my pool and stain it. They did such a perfect job I did not even realized the work had been completed since the yard looked impeccable. Outstanding work! Highly recommend, especially Shawn Kay!
Terrific job done in timely manner.Both Dee and Shawn were easy to work with and Shawn offered value added suggestions to optimize the project.
CPM replaced a large portion of our yard with new sod. They did an excellent job. Would hire them again.

CPM did a wonderful job in providing a lush landscape around our new pool. Matt with CPM stayed on the job making sure that all items were properly planted and where we wanted them. We've received plenty a compliments on the backyard! Administration people were available to answer all billing questions and even helped in providing us the necessary information to obtain HOA approval.
CPM did an incredible job refashioning my landscaping. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and very creative. What a beautiful result! A special thanks to Jeff and Oscar.
