Probably the worst UPMC facility around Pittsburgh, especially “Dr” Patel, it seems he doesn’t really care about patients, will changemy PCP to a Doctor who cares about the health of their patients.
One provider quit, one then refused to keep me as a patient because she had no availability for physicals for the rest of the year in July, and one moved to the Brentwood office. Brentwood is very far for me. The office won’t schedule me with a new provider because the Brentwood one is still listed as my PCP. I’ve been trying to get someone else in my local office to be my PCP since February with no luck. Worst customer service I’ve received anywhere.
