Such polite people!
Called in as a new client and all they where worried about is if I had proper insurance, kept putting me on hold when They found out I pay for my insurance out of pocket and had a 7 min phone call about insurance I told her I would pay out of my pocket for surgery and she put me on hold again. I felt like a second class citizen. What happened to a day where you can make an appointment to go see a doctor. Jesus money is money. Very difficult to book! Felt mistreated! Just want to make an appointment! So frustrated!
